Solira is a licensed credit brokerage firm providing the following services:

• Credit brokerage and advisory services
• Loan application assistance and processing
• Financial consultation and guidance
• Matching clients with suitable lenders
• Credit assessment and application support

We act as an intermediary between borrowers and lenders and do not provide credit directly. All final lending decisions are made by the respective financial institutions.

User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Update us promptly of any changes to your circumstances
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes

Fees and Payment

Our fees are clearly disclosed before you engage our services. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts and to suspend services for non-payment. All fees are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.

Privacy and Data Protection

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website and in our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, are owned by Solira or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee loan approval or specific terms, as these decisions are made by third-party lenders.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use our services at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Solira, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hamburg, Germany. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these terms. You may terminate your relationship with us at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, all rights and obligations shall cease, except those that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations and confidentiality requirements.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms that is due to fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, governmental action, war, terrorism, or other causes beyond our reasonable control. In such circumstances, we will use reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact and resume normal service as soon as possible.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

Modifications

Entire Agreement
